Prescription tracking slips are designed to help keep you in control.
The pharmacist keeps the top part of the form and identifies it with one or more prescription numbers.  The bottom part of the form is stapled to the prescription bag and is then removed by your cashier.  At the end of the day your cashier will check for any missing numbers, and you know who forgot to pay.

We find that very few customers will forget when they see the tracking slip on the bag.

  • Tracking slips are printed in black ink on 15lb canary bond and padded into pads of 100
  • Each slip has a perforation across the center and is numbered on each half with matching numbers
  • We do not give a choice of specific numbers, but the numbers will be consecutive
  • Tracking slips are 3 ⅜” wide x 3 ⅝” tall
