The COVAP Seal Cutter will allow you to easily cut away even the most secure seals.  Also use it to cut outer plastic seals and reach into the bottle to extract cotton.

The blade is easily extended or retracted and held securely in place with the large control knob.  With the blade securely retracted you can carry in your pocket.

**The blade is VERY SHARP!!  Make sure to Fully Retract the blade when not in use.**
